And yesterday, the "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" babe and her "Princess Diaries" buddy were spotted hard at work on their current project "Bride Wars."

In "Bride Wars," Kate and Anne play best friends who all of a sudden find themselves arch enemies when they discover that they've each planned their respective weddings on the same date.

Miss Hudson (who has been dating Lance Armstrong as of late) looked cute in her khaki trench coat with black boots, while Anne added a little color to the scene with a green rain jacket and a vintage brown handbag.

Meanwhile, Kate was once again spotted back to work earlier today - bringing her young son Ryder to the NYC movie set, where he played while mom got her hair and makeup done.
