Sandra Bullock Granted Protection By Judge

Having a stalker can be creepy. And for Sandra Bullock it’s gotten creepy to the point that she’s taking more legal action. The actress petitioned a Huntington Beach court to extend the restraining order against Marcia Diana Valentine, and the court granted her request.

Bullock testified that Marcia Diana Valentine on five separate occasions left woven palm fronds in her yard with “weird signs” and “pieces of animal fur.” Bullock informed the court that Valentine tossed the objects over her gate and also left them in the neighbor’s planter.

This all comes after the attempted overrunning of Bullock’s husband, Jesse James. The Gossip Girls brought you the story of Valentine’s Mercedes Benz assault of the motorcycle man earlier this year. After that incident, Bullock received a temporary restraining order against Valentine. Now that temporary order has been extended.

Judge Thomas Borris issued the order, which forbids Valentine from coming within 500 yards of Bullock, her husband and his three children for the next three years.

Valentine remains free on $25,000 bail, and prosecutors are still reviewing the case. She is due to appear in the same courthouse on May 22. Hopefully this time the restraining order will keep James and Bullock safe from the stalking of wacko Valentine.
