Victoria Beckham At Odds With Geri Halliwell

Victoria Beckham looked all business as she was spotted out getting a bite to eat with her youngest son, Cruz, at “La Piazza” in Los Angeles on Monday.

Posh is said to be battling it out with fellow Spice Girl Geri Halliwell as their world tour kick off at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show nears.

The major issue of tension lies in Ginger Spice wanting to sing a medley of her solo hits, with an insider close to the situation telling press:

“Victoria is adamant she won’t do it. When she signed up, one major stipulation was that Geri will not sing solo.” Apparently, Emma Bunton and Mel C are siding with Geri, while Mel B is teaming up with Victoria.

Another area of conflict between the two is over what the girls will wear, with Victoria panning for “classy costumes,” while Geri thinks more “flamboyant outfits” are the better choice.

A source told Britain’s Star magazine: “Victoria and Geri have come a long way since they were last in the Spice Girls, and they have completely different ideas of what will work on the road.

With her fashion background, Victoria considers herself to be the key player in deciding the outfits and overall look of the band, but Geri is adamant that she has her say too. It was not pretty. They are both feisty and used to getting their own way, so they can’t agree on anything at all.”
