Britney Spears Eyes Hermosa Beach Move

With her new album headed for major success in the charts, Britney Spears is already finding ways to spend all of the money that's sure to be rolling in.

The Gimme More singer was spotted out yesterday afternoon on a shopping trip. But this venture wasn't just another outing to a clothing shop or the local pet store - Britney had bigger things in mind.

The troubled pop tart made her way to Hermosa Beach in a quest for a new place to call home.

Wearing jeans, cowgirl boots and, from time to time, a cute straw hat, Britney took a look at the real estate offerings in a possible attempt to move out of her current Malibu mansion.

After finishing up, it was off to the local pizza place for a few slices and a soda to keep her filled up on the ride back home!

Custody Update: Commissioner Scott Gordon has ruled that Britney will not be regaining custody of her kids at this time. She was given three monitored visits per week, two from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM and one overnight visit. Check back for more details as they become available.
